Q:What if I'm dissatisfied with the product?

When contacting Customer Service Team, please give your order number, a short description and a photo of the problem, so we can prevent these problems in the future.

Q:May I get repair warranty?

A:We have one-year warranty in China

Q: What can I do during the dispute?

A: Please contact our after-sales team. Please do not choose 'Return goods & refund' during dispute. We will do not provide any after-sales service if you choose it.

SHIPMENT:

1.Normally we will send the goods within 1-3 working days

2.Please check if the goods are in good condition and signpefore the delivery man leaves

3. If the product is lost during transportation or damaged after receiving the package, please take a picture and let the delivery person confirm and contact our customer service.

4.Usually we use DHL, Fedex, UPS to send the goods for you (except for some overweight products) If you have the need, we can arrange sea and air transportation and other economical transportation channels.
